Driver Rules

1. All drivers must be at least 18 years of age. Each driver and mechanic must sign a waiver releasing Allen County Fair Board from liability.
   
2. Helmets with face shields or helmets with goggles must be worn.  Safety glasses are not considered as goggles.  If helmets are removed or come off during a heat, car will be disqualified from that heat.
3. Seat belts and shoulder harness must be worn.     
4. Drivers door hit and team driving will be decided by judges.
5. Any door or hood coming open during race, that car will be disqualified from the heat.
6. Drivers must be present at drivers meeting held at 6 p.m.  There will be roll call.
7. Drivers must make a hit at least every two minutes during race.
8. When call goes out for cars to be in place, drivers will have 5 minutes to have cars in the staging area and be ready or be disqualified from that heat.
9. Two wheels going over poles or boundary line will be disqualified from that heat.
10. Cars catching on fire 3 times in 1 heat will be disqualified from that heat.
11. All cars will stop immediately when flagged.
12. Body bolts stock size and location ALL CARS.
13.  All drivers or mechanic of next heat will walk arena and inspect it before their heat and pick up any debris left from previous heat.
14.  All rulings by the Official Judge will be final.

WE WILL HAVE A COMPACT CAR HEAT IF FIVE (5) CARS PRE-ENTER
