Demolitoin Derby
Saturday, August 8, 2009 - 7:00 p.m.
Humboldt Speedway - Humboldt, Kansas
Pit Gates Open at 4:00 p.m. - Admission Gates Open at 5:00 p.m.

$2,000 TO WIN!! With Powerball over $4,000 total prize money
Each driver picks a powerball number from 1-10. A power ball number will be drawn after the last heat. If the winning drivers have picked that number their prize money doubles!!	HARDEST HIT OF THE NIGHT $100 from Dan Dan, the Sonic Man
Derby Entries
Entry fee is $20 per car. Entries must be in by 6 p.m. August 2. You will receive one driver and two mechanic ID tags with your entry fee. Late entries will be $30 per car and will run in the last heat. After August 2nd you can sign up at the gate August 8th, no later than 5 p.m. All cars must be in the pit area by 5:30 p.m. The pit area will be marked and parking near the pit area will be marked. All cars will be inspected and passed before being allowed in pit gate. No Imperials, ambulances, hearses, pickups, trucks, vans, or convertibles will be entered. No one will be allowed in the pit area without an ID tag. ID tags will be sold at the gate for $20. No one under 18 will be allowed in pit area without guardian signature. Entry fee refunds will be made only on cards that do not pass inspection. Misconduct may result in being removed from grounds and possibly banned from future participation.
Derby Operations
Only the top 2 finishers in each qualification heat will be allowed in the finals. All others will be eligible for the consolation heats. Heat finalists will receive $20.
Prize money pay back in cash:
Winner of final heat	$1,000.00
Second of final heat	$300.00
Third of final heat	$200.00
Winner of consolation heat	$100.00
Second of consolation heat	$50.00
Third of consolation heat	$25.00
There will be 6 to 10 cars per heat. Track area will be scraped down to clay surface and wetted down. Special bonus may be available during the heat.
